Strong as a Bull doing Kettlebell Workouts

By Chris Rivers

It's no surprise all good gyms have an area designated for them and every good instructor can't do without them; kettle bell workouts give an all over body blast that will give you the strength of a lion, physique of a gymnast and cardiovascular fitness Mo Farah has to take note of. And what's more a calorific burn of around 400+ calories in as little as 20 mins.

Also KB exercising is very easy to start up from home and the easiest of the unique exercises they offer are ultimately the best and give the most positive results available. As an example the kettle bell swing; a fundamental exercise but it's without a doubt one of the best fat burning exercises available and is one of the simplest to actually do.

Another great benefit of kettlebell workouts are the fact that you can get started at home safely and lose those love handles before you actually become a member of a gym. Many of us are overweight but often enough this affects our confidence and we put of joining our local health club as a result. But with KB's they give you the chance to start shedding the excess weight from the comfort of your own home whilst increasing your cardio fitness and confidence in the process; and they take up absolutely minimum space unlike conventional fitness equipment when it comes to storage.

But personally for me the most amazing factors of kettle bell workouts is as long as you are continuously moving with the kettlebell you are burning calories and increasing endurance and power. So for example as a beginners KB routine you could do swings for 30 seconds followed by active recovery of around the body pass for 30 seconds; it may sound easy but it's one of my most highly rated beginners workouts because it only consists of 2 exercises and as you get stronger you can increase the speed of the swings until you can go full whack. In fact I still do this very workout at least once a week doing high intensity interval training because it's just so effective in minimal amount of time.

So if you are still on the fence about using kettlebells to gain a whole new level of health it's time to jump down and grab that bell and swing yourself fit.
