Can Triple H Go About Trying Kettlebell Exercises Come WrestleMania?

By Rob Sutter

Trying kettlebell exercises has a quantity of different incentives but I think that the building of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only markets building power but there's a perception of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming useful for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't take advantage of them in some way? Triple H probably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to assert that Triple H is exactly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the organization, leaving the full-time roster in order to go after that particular interest. However, I think that it's hampered his athleticism and considering the trial that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that big stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Not only is Lesnar a serious competitor in the ring but he is dangerous when you get right down to it. Triple H may want to go about trying kettlebell exercises if he's truly serious about bringing down the fighter. This isn't going to be any normal wrestling challenge, though, as you could imagine. Triple H is going to need to accept a few fitness tips which are associated with authorities like Lorna and put them to use so that he can secure a victory.

To say that Lesnar is a legitimate star would be an understatement and Triple H is going to have to later his regimen a bit so that he could do better in this regard. His moves always presented impact but you could say the same about Lesnar's repertoire. It's apparent that Triple H trumps Lesnar in terms of brainpower, since that was the key aspect which made him a champion in the past. I think that these exercises would help him so that, in time, he could train to become better than his future opponent.

Triple H has always been known for his psychological game and there are few competitors who are able to match him in that regard. It's what made him such a success when he was the top of his profession but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially true when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's apparent that he will need some help to better prepare for WrestleMania.
