It is common to hear people saying "cant stay asleep" or even that may come from you. To those who have speech disabilities or are not yet to the level of mastering speaking, actions speak louder than words. A good example is the cry of babies at night which is such a disturbance to those taking a break from the hustle and bustle they've gone through during their daily routines. This will ensure less personal suffering as its easier to treat this disorder when it can be dealt with as well as eliminate development of associate disorders.
