P90X or Power 90 Extreme was developed by Tony Horton in 2002. The program consist of cross training exercises that are designed to stretch for 90 days. It is ideally suited for a home gym or living room workout regime. P90X comes with 12-DVD sets that include numerous exercises such as weight training, strength training, pilates, plyometrics and many more high intensity workouts. The program also includes an additional dietary nutrition supplement plan for the benefit of the user.



The P90X program has proven to burn fat fast, build muscle in the process and help to sculpt an attractive body in the process. One of the most common complaints from the users of the program is that it is very tough to practice. Most of the exercises in the program are of 60-minutes or more duration.
