You should not just exercise and do nothing about proper feeding since this would not really work well for you. Proper nutrition is important for replenishing your body and mind as well as restoring the energy you spend on the exercising ground. You could also get your kids a puppy or a dog so that they can encourage them during those runs. They can also act as a motivation for going to the park. Trainers would be very important especially if you would be using some exercise machines and equipment. Some of the machines especially in gyms are technical to use without the help of the trainers if you want good fitness results.

Finally, you need to be careful when choosing the tight trainer for you. Once of the factors you need to consider is their biological knowledge of how your body responds to physical exercises. You need also to know if their charges are within what you can afford.
